  The config wizards of these 3 workflows (download-patrols, download-events, download-subject-tracks) has been streamlined in order to make them easier to configure and run

🛠️ Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug where the results dashboard appeared completely blank running download-events or download-patrols workflows.
  This occurred when running the workflows with map generation skipped, over a time range for which no data actually exists.
