Movement data to Movebank
Description
This guide details how to set up an integration between data providers to Movebank via Gundi.
Scope
Wildlife movement data (location and tag id).
Prerequisites
Movebank
- Movebank username (case-sensitive).
Data Provider
- May vary depending on the data provider's technology.
Configurations
Users can configure data sharing with one or more Movebank accounts.
Limitations
Sensor data, such as speed, is not currently transmitted to Movebank through this integration.
Future Plans
The integration will soon be configurable through a new portal.
Support for transferring additional sensor data, such as speed, is planned for the near future.

Contact Support to request integration assistance.
Once the integration is established, use Movebank to create or edit a study and include the tags by navigating to Live Feeds and selecting “Gundi/EarthRanger.”
