Configure workflows in one step
You can now configure workflows in one step, with data source selection and settings together in one place. Select a workflow template to go straight to its configuration form.
You can also change any part of the configuration when editing an existing workflow, including its data sources.
Upgrade older workflows and run them again
Eligible older workflows that previously couldn’t run can now be updated to use the latest workflow template.
To get started:
- Go to My Workflows and open the three-dot menu beside an older workflow.
- Select Run Again, Edit, Duplicate, or Advanced Run. Any of these actions opens the update dialog for an outdated workflow.
- In the This workflow is outdated dialog, select Update workflow.
- Review the settings carried into the configuration form and complete anything that needs your attention.
Compatible settings are carried over for you. Updating creates a new copy—your original workflow and its results are preserved.
