In EarthRanger Mobile, you can choose to view events created by other users by enabling the Shared Events setting. This article shows you how to activate this feature and customize how many days of shared event data are stored on your device.

Turn on the Shared Events setting (under Settings > Shared Events in the EarthRanger Mobile App) to opt in to being able to visualize all events you have permission to view in both the Events tab and the map view on EarthRanger Mobile.

Select how many days of shared events you want the EarthRanger Mobile App to store locally, ranging from 1 to 99 days (default: 7 days). |
| After a sync, all the shared events the active user has permissions to view should be visible in the event list and in the map. If shared events are not showing after a sync, try forcing a manual sync by going to Settings and tapping the Sync button. | |
