Prerequisites
Data Source

To install and run the DAS Radio Agent, you’ll require these things:

  • TRBOnet Enterprise 
  • TRBOnet Server – a version present in the list of download links below.
  • TRBOnet License with two or more Remote Dispatch Connections. Ask your TRBOnet provider for this information.

EarthRanger

Gather these details from your EarthRanger Site Administrator:

  • EarthRanger Website Address
  • EarthRanger Authentication Token
  • EarthRanger Source Provider Key.

Characteristics

EarthRanger integration with TRBOnet Enterprise involves installing a Windows Service onsite, where TRBOnet Dispatch software is running locally.

Data Delivery

The time it takes for data to appear in your destination system depends on several factors, such as latency introduced by the source, network conditions, and intermediary systems. While these factors may vary, Gundi typically checks for available data at scheduled intervals (approximately every 10 minutes).

If data is not available in your system after this interval, please check the source of the data for its availability. If the issue persists, contact our Support team for assistance.
