Located at the far-left of the Top Navigation Bar, the EarthRanger Menu gives users fast access to helpful tools and system resources. From here, you can reach the Support Center, configure alerts, or export different types of reports and data.
Menu Options Overview
Alerts - Set up personalized alerts to receive email or in-app notifications for key activities like new events or report submissions. For setup instructions, see[How To Configure My Alerts]
Contact Support - Reach out to our support team to report any issues or request assistance.
Community - Join the EarthRanger user community to ask questions, browse shared solutions, or learn how others use the platform.

Exports
Subject KML - Export geographic data in keystone markup language (KML) compressed into a KMZ file.
Subject Summary – Generate a report summarizing details of the subjects in the platform.
Observations – Create a report of a specific subject in your system.
Field Events – Export a Report from the Events currently filtered in the Events Feed.
