Prerequisites
Data Source
Bluetrax username.
Bluetrax API key.
Configuration in Gundi
Click Create Connection.
Select Bluetrax.
Configure your ATS username and API key.
Select your Organization.
Enter a name for this connection under Connection Name (e.g, Bluetrax - AccountName)
Click Next.
Select a Destination. Please consult our guides.
Limitations
Bluetrax's Free Plan includes:
- Fleet & Asset Location Endpoint: 15,000 API calls per month
- Historical Data Endpoint: 1,000 h_calls per vehicle per month (each h_call represents approximately one hour of data)
Please note that these limits are set by Bluetrax, not by Gundi.
Characteristics
This integration retrieves data including latitude, longitude, timestamp, location address, speed, vehicle name, and unit ID.
Data Pull Frequency
Approximately every 10 minutes.
Data Delivery
The time it takes for data to appear in your destination system depends on several factors, such as latency introduced by the source, network conditions, and intermediary systems. While these factors may vary, Gundi typically checks for available data at scheduled intervals (approximately every 10 minutes).
If data is not available in your system after this interval, please check the source of the data for its availability. If the issue persists, contact our Support team for assistance.

If the Connection is not bringing new data and the credentials appear to be invalid, please consult the section “Limitations” and confirm whether the Connection has run out of available requests.
