EarthRanger’s primary interface—known as the Map View—is the central hub where users can view subjects, create events, monitor activity, and access reports. This page is designed to offer real-time situational awareness across your conservation area.
Here are the main elements you'll find on the EarthRanger Web interface:
Top Navigation Bar – Access to the EarthRanger menu, system notifications, alert setup, user profiles, and real-time system status.
Map View – The visual interface where subjects, patrols, events, and map features are displayed and interacted with.
Map Tools – Controls on the bottom-right that let you measure distances, change basemaps, drop pins, and more.
Icons on the Map – Learn what the different visual symbols mean, including tracked subjects, events, and other features.
EarthRanger Menu – Export data, access the Help Center, and get community support.
