This integration requires assistance from LoneStar Tracking for setup and configuration. Please get in touch with our Support Team at support@earthranger.com and we’ll guide you through the process to ensure everything is set up correctly.

Prerequisites

Data Source

    LoneStar Tracking account.

Integration Process Summary

  • Contact our Support team asking for an integration with LoneStar Tracking.
  • Support will help you with all the configurations in Gundi.
  • Our team will contact LoneStar Tracking to connect your devices with your chosen destination.

Configuration Steps

Visit our portal. 

Click on Create Connection.

Select LoneStar Tracking.

Select your Organization.

Enter a name for this Connection (e.g., “LoneStar Tracking - AreaName”)

Click Next.

Select a Destination. Please consult our guides.

Final Steps

Visit the Connection you created during this process, and copy the API key. To do this, go to the Connection overview tab, find the API key field, click on the eye icon to show the key, select the text and copy it.

Send this API key and your LoneStar Tracking account identifier to your LoneStar Tracking contact, requesting an integration with Gundi.

Data Delivery

The time it takes for data to appear in your destination system depends on several factors, such as latency introduced by the source, network conditions, and intermediary systems. While these factors may vary, Gundi typically checks for available data at scheduled intervals (approximately every 10 minutes).

If data is not available in your system after this interval, please check the source of the data for its availability. If the issue persists, contact our Support team for assistance.
