To create a Connection, you'll only need to follow these simple steps:
- Select a Data Provider
- Configure the Data Provider
- Select a Destination
Step 1: Select a Data Provider
Start by navigating to the Connections section and click on Create Connection.
From the list of supported technologies, you can:
- Search or browse to find available integrations.
- Select the technology you’d like to integrate.
- View details about requirements, setup steps, and configuration instructions.
Integrating a Device: Three Main Methods

Best for: Devices and Systems officially listed as supported.

Best for: Receiving updates in real-time or near real-time. Read more.

Best for: Integrating with Gundi when other options are not available.

Choosing the Right Method
- Check the supported technology list first. If your device is listed, this is the simplest option.
- If not supported, consider whether the system can push data via webhooks or via an API implementation.

Step 2: Configure the Data Provider
You'll be prompted to enter:
- Workspace: Determines ownership and visibility of the Connection.
- Connection Name: Name to help identify this integration within Gundi.
You may also need to complete the required fields (marked with an asterisk *) and optionally configure additional parameters to set up the Connection with the data provider. Refer to the documentation available on the right side of your screen for guidance on how to complete this step.
